As an elite level athlete, I offer over 10 years of unique training experience. As a child I enjoyed soccer, basketball, and football. Progressing throughout the years I fell deeply in love with track and field. Growing up, my father was a big influence and I partly share some of my success with him. Between the ages of 14 and 18 I became a true athlete because of the training methodology he shared with me. Entering college I knew I wanted to help individuals. So I took it upon myself to enroll at the University of Cincinnati's Health Education Exercise and Fitness major. I enjoyed what I was learning so much I decided to further my education and enroll into a masters program. I have traveled the United States in part to my success in the ring and have tested training methods that have propelled me to the top of the discus ranks. Currently, I am a resident at the Olympic Training Center in Chula Vista, California.

I am 23 years old and started my lifelong journey back during my senior year of high school at the age of 17. My reason for starting this journey was due to my own insecurities. I was the skinny girl that got told I should eat more (even though I always had the biggest lunch tray at the table). I got sick of looking in the mirror and being so unhappy with myself every day. I had vengeance in my heart and it was a feeling I needed to replace with peace for my own sanity. The only way to cure the pain inside of me was to fix what I saw on the outside. I never wanted to be called another hurtful name again regarding my appearance so I purchased a gym membership. I started going 4 days a week throughout my freshman year of college to try and shape my body into something I loved. I was using workouts I had researched online because I had no idea where to begin, but I knew I wanted and needed the change. I felt better internally but had not noticed much progress on the outside. I was putting in hours and days of consistent work with little results because I was missing the key component, nutrition. At that point I realized this is a lifestyle where you only get what you want by working hard, putting in the time and effort 120% in every aspect. Over time I have reached my goals not only physically but more so mentally than I had envisioned. This lifestyle change has instilled a confidence inside of me that is fearless. A mentality that I can do anything with drive and ambition. More importantly this lifestyle has opened my heart to want to give back and lend a hand to those that have experienced that same pain of insecurity and not loving yourself. To help someone see what they are capable of physically and mentally is priceless.
